“Security Password” FAQs

1. What is “Security Password”, what it is used for? Is it a must to set “Security Password”?

• “Security Password” is different from login password, it will be needed when TRADING or WITHDRAWAL. You will be required to set it before trading or withdrawals. Security password will make your account more secure.

2. How to newly Set OR Change  “Security Password”? Or What should I do if I forget security password OR it prompts security password incorrect?

• On Mobile: After logged in, pls firstly click"MINE" at the bottom of the Bilaxy website, you will go to your account center. Then select and click  "Security password", you will go to the page where you could newly set security password, or change security password in case you forgot or you want to change.
• On Desktop: After logged in, pls move cursor to the head icon on the top bar of Bilaxy website, select and click "Account" in drop down menu, you will go to your account page, you will see "security password", then you could new set or change security passwords accordingly.

3. If you think you filled correct security password,but it prompts Invalid password or wrong password, Pls firstly check as per below steps:

• Pls check if there are Lowercase/Uppercase/ Symbols in your password and ensure you fill in the exact correct password;
• Change a browser or device to try again;
• If you changed password frequently and pls ensure you fill in the last updated password;
• if you have multiple bilaxy account, pls fill the corresponding password;
• Pls don't mix up Login password and security password, they are different passwords and for different use.
• Pls check if your email is secure and not hacked, because if your email was hacked, the hacker may change your bilaxy account password through email
• If after checking as above, it still does not work, pls reset your password.

4.Other notes:

• Security password requirements: 8-20 characters in length, Contains 2/4 of the following items:Uppercase Letters, Lowercase Letters,Numbers, Symbols. Security password could not be same with logging password.
• In case you changed security password: 1) For your funds security, withdrawing is prohibited within 24 hours after you changed your security password;2)This is systems settings, it could be changed for anyone. Pls wait patiently withdraw after 24hrs if you  changed password. 3)Even after 24 hours, we may double check with you through email if any doubtful operations, pls check your emails in case of any withdrawal delays.
• If you newly set security password, not changed: There is NO prohibition about withdrawal in case you newly set security password and not change, you could withdraw any time if you haven't change other security settings.
