How to whitelist Bilaxy mailing address to facilate email code delivery?

The best way to ensure email delivery is to add below Bilaxy mailing addresses to your email contact list or safe senders list. This will whitelist the Bilaxy mailing address, allowing all Bilaxy emails to be delivered without question. 

Bilaxy mailing addresses are [e-mail] and [e-mail], [e-mail]

Below are some instrucition about how to whitelsit Bilaxy mailing address by adding it to your contact list.

Gmail

To ensure that you receive emails in your inbox, you can add the Bilaxy mailing address [e-mail] and [e-mail] ,[e-mail]  to your concact list. If Bilaxy email has been moved to the spam folder, you can mark it "Not Spam" to whitelist it.

1. Go to Gmail contact page:https://contacts.google.com/
2. Select "Create Contact" on the top menu.
3. Enter the email address: [e-mail] and [e-mail], [e-mail]  in the primary email box one by one.
4. Select Save.

Yahoo

Pls add the Bilaxy mailing address [e-mail] and [e-mail], [e-mail]  to your concact list one by one, pls refer to how to add a contact

If Bilaxy email has been moved to the spam folder accidently, pls mark the above bilaxy email as Not Spam, pls see How to Mark emails as Not Spam

Outlook/Live/Hotmail

Pls Check your Blocked senders and find Bilaxy mailing address remove it from blocked senders(Instruction: see below)

If the Bilaxy's address isn't in your Blocked senders list, Pls add [e-mail]  and [e-mail] ,[e-mail]  to your Safe senders list one by one. Email from contacts in your Safe senders list will never go to the Junk Email folder(Instruction: see below)

How to remove blocked senders and add email address to safe senders list

QQ Emails:

1. Open your QQ Emails;
2. Click on Contact button (upper left hand corner) and press Cross (+) button at the top,
3. Copy and past into Email field our address:[e-mail]  and [e-mail] ,[e-mail]  one by one and press Save button.

Other emails:

If your email is not in the above list, you could go to your email provider's help or support center to check how to add email address to the contact list and how to unspam a email address.
