How to Change my Bilaxy Account email?

If you want to change your Bilaxy account email for some reason, pls follow the below procedures and provide the required info. , we need to verify your identity for security reason.

Case A:  You could still get access to your Bilaxy account

Step 1: Firstly register a new Bilaxy account with your other emails, and move your asset by yourself from your old Bilaxy account to your new Bilaxy account if any asset. If no asset, pls skip the step of asset transferring.

Step 2: Apply to disable your old account to release your KYC:  Pls send email to [e-mail] from your old Bilaxy account email to apply to disable your Bilaxy account and release your KYC of your old Bilaxy account.  If you don't have asset in your old Bilaxy account or you don't make KYC for your old account, pls skip this step 2.

Step 3: After your old account KYC released, you could make your new account KYC with your identity, then you could use your new account as you want. 

Case B:  You could NOT get access to your Bilaxy account

In case you could NOT get access to your Bilaxy account, and you want to change your Bilaxy account email for some reason, pls follow below procedures:

Step 1: Firstly register a new Bilaxy account with your other emails;

Step 2: Pls send email to [e-mail] from your old Bilaxy account email to apply to disable your Bilaxy account and release your KYC of your old Bilaxy account, and move your assets on your old Bilaxy account****** to your new Bilaxy account******, Meanwhile, in the email, pls provide a video of you holding your KYC matched ID/passport/Driving license and a paper writing "Apply to transfer my assets from my old Bilaxy account ***** to my new Bilaxy account****".    

If you lose your access to your old Bilaxy account email, pls send from your new Bilaxy account email instead. Other info. may be requested to provide to verify your identity, beside above info., if you could provide more info. to prove your identity, it will be very helpful.

Step 3: After your old account KYC released and assets transferred, you could make your new account KYC with your identity, then you could use your new account as you want.
