Could I withdraw without KYC, or what is the withdrawal limits for different KYC?

• Withdrawal is not allowed without KYC. For withdrawal, at least KYC1 is needed and it's simple, for more about KYC and withdrawal limits based on KYC, pls refer to KYC FAQs.

How long does withdraw will take?

• Normally, it will take 5 mins to 1 hour for withdrawal approval. If your withdrawal isn't approved after 1 hours, you could submit a ticket to check.

Withdrawal missing or Failure

What is "Address Label",What should I fill in for it?

• "Address Label" is any words you want to mark or describe, or name your address, you could fill in any word you want(E.g. my own address, my exchange**' address, my wallet address Etc.) It is used just for helping you to distinguish addresses in case you have many, so just fill in any words you like.

When withdraw, it prompt the Error about  Insufficient Balance.

• Pls withdraw not more than “Available balance” (check it at top left corner of your coin's withdrawal page)，if you want to withdrawal total balance, pls firstly check and cancel your open orders which locked up some assets.

Why my withdrawal is prohibited within 24 hours?

• It is prohibited due to that you changed any security settings within 24 hours. For your funds security, withdrawing is prohibited within 24 hours after you changed your security settings.
• Security settings including resetting login/security password, forgot login password and close google authentication / close SMS authentication etc.
• This is systems settings, it could not be changed for anyone. Pls wait patiently to withdraw after 24hrs if you changed security settings.
• Even after 24 hours, we may double check with you through email if any doubtful operations, pls check your emails in case of any withdrawal delays.

Why I could not receive Email confirmation when I withdraw?

• Bilaxy use Email verification code instead confirmation email, which will be sent to your email.

How to delete withdrawal address?  Could I delete it myself? 

• Deleting wallet address by user self is currently not supported. If you want to delete any added address, pls send email from your Bilaxy Registered account email to [e-mail] to request, we will delete for you after checking. Address deleting function will be updated when systems grading. Thanks for your support.
