Deposit Instructions

Each token/coin (including ERC20 token) on Bilaxy has its OWN and INDEPENDENT deposit address, pls ensure you make token deposit to its corresponding address, otherwise, the deposit will be failed and can't be automatically credited, your asset may lose. In case your deposit don't credit, you could check as per below notes and could also submit a ticket.

1. BTC Deposit：

• Send only BTC to BTC deposit address, pls check to ensure deposit to correct address. Deposit other coin or to wrong address may result in the loss of your assets.
• BTC deposit needs 3 block confirmations( may take 0.5hr to some hrs). After deposit,  pls refresh the its deposit page and track its progress on the right. Deposit will automatically arrive after 3 confirmations. Block confirmation time will be up to block network, pls wait patiently.
• How to track transaction: pls copy your deposit address or txid to BTC explore to track: https://btc.com , or https://www.blockchain.com/explorer；

2. ETH/ERC20 tokens Deposit：

• When deposit a token, pls firstly go to its deposit page to generate deposit address, otherwise, deposit will be missed.
• Bilaxy does not support ETH transactions generated from smart contracts. (Pls check with transaction senders if it will be made through smart contracts. If yes, pls don't send directly to Bilaxy address, you could firstly receive your eth by your own wallet, then send from your wallet to Bilaxy account.)
• ETH/ERC20 token deposit needs 32 block confirmations. After deposit,  pls refresh the its deposit page and track its progress on the right. Deposit will automatically arrive after 32 confirmations. Block confirmation time will be up to block network, pls wait patiently.

3. USDT Deposit：

• Send only USDT to USDT deposit address, pls check to ensure deposit to correct address. Deposit other coin or to wrong address may result in the loss of your assets.
• USDT deposit needs 3 block confirmations. After deposit,  pls refresh the its deposit page and track its progress on the right. Deposit will automatically arrive after 3 confirmations. Block confirmation time will be up to block network, pls wait patiently.

4. XPX Deposit

• Send only XPX to XPX deposit address, and deposit to correct address. Otherwise you will loss your XPX.
• Pls ensure you fill in correct Message when you send XPX to your Bilaxy account. Check your "Message" on your XPX deposit page. If you send from wallet, pls select Massage type: unencrypted. Otherwise, XPX deposit will fail to credit. In case of wrong Massage, you may loss your XPX.
• XPX deposit needs 3 block confirmations. After deposit,  pls refresh the its deposit page and track its progress on the right. Deposit will automatically arrive after 3 confirmations.

5. ZP Deposit；

• Send only ZP to ZP deposit address, and deposit to correct address. Otherwise you will loss your ZP
• ZP deposit needs 50 block confirmations(may take 2 to 5 hrs). After deposit,  pls refresh the its deposit page and track its progress on the right. Deposit will automatically arrive after 50 confirmations. Block confirmation time will be up to block network, pls wait patiently.
• Pls DON’T directly use Bilaxy ZP deposit address as ZP mining rewards receiving address. (Otherwise, the ZP deposit will be failed since the same batch of mining rewards are released with one transaction hash, which could not be supported by Bilaxy ZP deposit systems. please firstly receive ZP mining rewards to your ZP wallet and then deposit to Bilaxy in case mining)
• Pls DON’T deposit ZP from any Bilaxy account address(transfer between Bilaxy accounts is not supported).

6. TRTL Deposit

• Send only TRTL to TRTL deposit address, and deposit to correct address. Otherwise you will loss your assets.
• TRTL deposit needs 150 block confirmations(may take 1 to 2hrs). After deposit,  pls refresh the its deposit page and track its progress on the right. Deposit will automatically arrive after 150 confirmations. Block confirmation time will be up to block network, pls wait patiently.
• Pls ensure you fill in correct Payment ID when you send TRTL to your Bilaxy account. Check your "Payment" on your TRTL deposit page. Ensure to fill correct Payment ID, wrong ID may result in asset loss.

7. Neo Blockchain Token(NKN/SOUL/NRVE/PKC/SDS/LX/ASA/nOS)

• Each token on Bilaxy has its OWN and INDEPENDENT deposit address, pls ensure you make token deposit to its corresponding address
• Neo blockchain token needs 3 block confirmations. After deposit,  pls refresh the its deposit page and track its progress on the right. Deposit will automatically arrive after 3 confirmations. Block confirmation time will be up to block network, pls wait patiently.

8. AION Mainnet Coin Deposit:

• Send only AION Mainnet Coin to AION Mainnet Coin deposit address, and deposit to correct address. Otherwise you will loss your assets.
• Bilaxy has already swap Aion ERC20 token to Aion mainet coin, and only support Aion mainnet coin's deposit/withdrawal/trading.
• AION Mainnet Coin deposit needs 80 block confirmations. After deposit,  pls refresh the its deposit page and track its progress on the right. Deposit will automatically arrive after 80 confirmations. Block confirmation time will be up to block network, pls wait patiently.

9. RBTC Deposit:

• Send only RBTC to RBTC deposit address, and deposit to correct address. Otherwise you will loss your assets.
• RBTC deposit needs 200 block confirmations(may take 1 to 1.5 hrs).After deposit,  pls refresh the its deposit page and track its progress on the right. Deposit will automatically arrive after 200 confirmations. Block confirmation time will be up to block network, pls wait patiently.

10. GO(gochain) Deposit:

• Send only GO to GO deposit address, and deposit to correct address. Otherwise you will loss your assets.
