In order to improve work efficiency, from Mar.6th, the solutions and time for handling various of failed deposits will be as follows：
👉Failed deposit due to sent fake tokens WON'T be handled;
👉Failed deposits under $1000 due to users' own mistakes as below WON'T be handled; Failed deposit above $1000 due to user's own mistakes as below will take 1 month to handle, pls wait patiently after submit a ticket or sent emails.
1) Mistakenly Deposit a non-bilaxy listed token( For example, bilaxy haven't listed the token "AA" , but you send deposit of the token "AA";
2) Mistakenly deposit old/non-swapped tokens;
3) Forgot or Wrong Message / Memo /Tag / PaymentID /Payload;
4) Send wrong network typer tokens (For example, Send bep20 tokens to ERC20 token deposit address or send mainnet tokens to erc20 token deposit address)
👉Failed deposit due to sent by un-supported transaction ways will take 1 week to handle ( Unsupported ways include internal transaction, third-party contract transaction or batch transaction ect.)
🚩Remards: To deal with the above problems, manual handling will be involved and it may be necessary to install or upgrade the wallet software, export /import the private key, etc., which requires a lot of labor cost, time cost and will bring high risk. So please wait patiently after submit ticket or sent emails.
