These instructions are not the easiest to follow and do not make mention of the fact that you can not do any of this from the App. It has to be done on a web browser. There are also file upload restrictions so apple users for example will have to convert their photos to JPG or other accepted format.
I am unable to view my unloaded kyc1 nor the admin is responding my request to rectify the input card (ID card) number which I felt made some wrong entry. Nor the FAQs match my querries. So difficult to follow. Wish I could see my filled kyc. Any hope to get my problem solve?
