In case you find your assets LOCKED or FROZEN, or can't be used, it is usually due to that you have open orders which locked/frozen the assets temporarily. (Open orders means the part of orders not fill yet, Assets in these open order will display as Locked/ frozen assets to you).
To release the locked or Frozen asset, pls cancel your open orders, then the asset will be released for available assets, you could refer to below ways to cancel open orders.
Option 1- On Bilaxy Desktop website
Select "Order" on the top page of Bilaxy website ---> select "Open Orders" in the drop-down box ---> then you will to go Open orders page, "Cancel" the related orders.


Option 2- On Bilaxy Desktop website
Go to the trading page of your locked assets, Find"Open orders" at the bottom of the trading page, then "Cancel" the related open order to release your asset, Or Click"More" to go to Open orders page to cancel orders.

Option 3: On Bilaxy APP or Mobile website
Go to the trading page of your locked assets, Find"Open orders" at the bottom of the trading page, then "Cancel" the related open order to release your asset, Or Click"More" at the bottom to go to Open orders page to cancel orders.
